You will report to the Development manager on the Apex Playtesting team and you will make decisions about when we playtest upcoming content. And You will partner with Developers and Designers to understand when features will be available and what information they need from our playtesting. You will lead team activities to ensure that we focus on the right content, help to build our playtesting culture, and help to manage the completion of that work by our team.
Responsibilities
- Work with Design and Production partners to plan out weekly playtest feature coverage.
- Propose and provide solutions to scheduling concerns due to conflicts or stability issues.
- You will partner with other QVS team members to plan and track playtesting coverage and activities.
- Research solutions for increasing test coverage efficiency and collaborate with team members to implement them.

Qualifications
- We are looking for someone with experience scheduling playtests or test team tasks.
- Understanding of defect and task tracking software (JIRA, Testrail, DevTrack)
- In-depth knowledge of Agile software/game development.
- 1+ years of experience working on AAA+ Live Service titles.
- You are familiar with in-game dev tools.

This role requires you to work onsite from Bogotá, Colombia (Salitre area).
As a Senior QA Analyst you will work with the Quality Verification team to identify, report on, and achieve quality targets for projects. You will work with several extra quality professionals in similar roles to help determine quality standards and achieve quality goals across many groups. You can will report to the Development Manager.
Responsibilities:
- You will work with development, production and design teams to help promote a higher quality player experience through feature planning, analyzing internal data/player data, and feature/design reviews
- Contribute to test planning and cooperate with partners and colleagues on the execution of testing activities
- You will Create test cases for assigned areas, ensuring that those created according to the test strategy
- Help identify technical solutions and automation
- Help use available tools and document issues found
- Understand current process and workflow – guide improvements and knowledge sharing across the QA teams
- Create reports, status updates, and communicate with your team
Qualifications
- +5 years of work experience as a Quality Assurance tester
- +5 years of experience using test tools, testing methodology and processes
